1. The competition runs between 1 March 2021 00:00 – 31 May 2021 23:59.
2. Cut-off time for entries is 23h59 on 31 May 2021.
3. Contestants must be over the age of 18 to participate in the competition.
4. Each ticket number can only be entered once.
5. Single and multiple bets on soccer and multiple bets with soccer and other sports will be accepted.
6. Customers must take a bet within a month to qualify for that monthly draw; losing entries will not be carried forward to the next month’s draw.
7. The winners will be selected randomly via a draw from all valid entries.
8. Entries are not limited. Every soccer bet for R20 or more will be an additional entry.
9. Three winners will be randomly selected each month via a draw from all valid entries.
10. The dates for the draws will be as follows:

• 3 May
• 1 June
11. The winners will be contacted on the above dates and Hollywoodbets will make arrangements to do the live draw within one day.
12. The winners will need to make themselves available at an agreed time within a day in order to do the pre-recorded draw, or they will have to forfeit their prize. It is also the winner’s responsibility to follow the prompts of the Zoom call.
13. If the winner is not able to make the live draw due to being sick / an unforeseen circumstance they can give written consent to a nominee, to attend in their place.
14. If the winner is unable to follow the prompts of the Zoom call, they can go to a Hollywoodbets branch for assistance.
15. The three selected winners’ names will go into a ball machine and the order in which their names are pulled out, will determined what they win. The winner that is selected first will win the third prize of an entertainment package (sound bar (R1500), DSTV for a year (R12 000) and a 55” TV (R7500)). The second winner selected will receive the second prize of R50 000 cash and the final winner will take home the first prize of a Polo Vivo (NF Hatch 1.4 55kW Trendline – including a radio and a full tank of petrol only).
16. Once a winner’s name has been selected, it is withdrawn from the promotion and cannot be re-selected in another draw.
17. Draws to select the winners will take place at the Hollywoodbets Team Support Office supervised by an internal auditor.
18. Prizes are non-transferable.
19. Cash prize winners need to provide Hollywoodbets with a bank statement (not older than 3 months) and a copy of their identity document in order to claim the prize.
20. Cash prizes will be transferred electronically into the winner’s nominated bank account within 7 days from the date of receipt of the winner’s correct banking details and a copy of the winner’s identity document.
21. Cash winners have 5 business days from being contacted, to submit their banking details and a copy of their Identity Document to Hollywoodbets to claim their prize.
22. Hollywoodbets will not insure the cars.
23. Hollywoodbets is not responsible for any warranties, maintenance or services or any other potential liability relating to the car.
24. The vehicles will be branded for 6 months in Hollywoodbets branding.
25. The winner must allow Hollywoodbets a reasonable time period to arrange for the car to be ordered, registered and licensed in his/her name and must provide Hollywoodbets with all information and original documentation required for this purpose, including an Identity Document together with a valid driver’s licence in respect of the winner or his or her nominated driver.
26. Hollywoodbets will only cover the cost of flat-bedding the vehicle to a major centre within South Africa (Durban, Johannesburg, Cape Town and Port Elizabeth) where the winner will need to collect the prize, unless otherwise agreed upon.
27. By entering the competition, you agree:
- that Hollywoodbets may collect and process your personal information for the purposes of the competition;
- to receiving communication from Hollywoodbets’ sponsors and partners;
- to take part in reasonable post-event publicity and to the use of your names and photographs in such publicity, subject to the winner’s right to decline participation in any such promotional activities.
28. A person may not win more than one prize for the duration of the competition.
29. Hollywoodbets and its authorised agents reserve the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the competition and any prizes which have not already been won, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations, which you may have against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Hollywoodbets or its authorised agents.
30. Every entrant participating in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted these terms and conditions by virtue of their participation.
31. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of Hollywoodbets or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by Hollywoodbets or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of all of the above.
32. By entering and participating and/or accepting any prize, the entrants, participants, users and/or winners hereby indemnify, release and hold harmless Hollywoodbets (including its subsidiaries, associate companies and affiliates), its directors, employees, agents, suppliers and contractors from and against any actions, claims and/or liability for injury, loss, damage, expense, claim and/or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the competition, and/or the use, acceptance or possession of a prize, and/or participation (or non-participation) in a prize-related activity.
33. Self-excluded persons may not enter the competition.
