Trainer Justin Snaith's charge attracted outside betting support and she produced a strong finish when failing by three parts of a length after racing green. She would have benefitted greatly from that first appearance and should have plenty more to offer. The bay filly is drawn best of all and she should take a power of beating.

A smart field, mostly of three-year-olds, has assembled for this six-furlong novice contest which should produce another exciting clash. The top selection
GIMME SIX faces her 'acid test' in this line- up but she already looks a smart prospect and she could certainly be equal to the task, particularly if the handicapper's early assessment is found to be true. The daughter of Gimmethegreenlight has progressed impressively with each effort and she cruised to her maiden win over this distance, second time out. She was even more impressive when finishing strongly for a close 2nd on her handicap debut under a big mass next time out, after suffering a bump at the start. That formline could be worth following & the Snaith inmate clearly has lots more to offer. She is drawn best of all today.

SEATTLE GOLDis coming to hand nicely and she once again ran on smartly, this time for 2nd over this c & d, three weeks ago. She finished a length and a half in front of today's rival,
COME ON INN, that day but has much more scope for improvement and she represents a red-hot yard. The well-related daughter of Sail From Seattle has a poor draw to contend with but she has gate speed as she showed in that last event and she should go very close.

CARDIFF CASTLE who has no such issues though, as he finished well to win his maiden in yielding conditions over ten furlongs on this track, two weeks ago. The lightly raced Dylan Thomas colt is above-average and he went close behind subsequent winner Edict Of Nantes (runs in race 2) in his penultimate effort. Trainer Joey Ramsden's charge has room for improvement and he merits respect on his handicap debut.
