MOLINA took ten runs to shed her maiden tag but her post maiden effort on her handicap debut was very impressive and she could be better than rated. The daughter of Rebel King had an awkward start but she ran on smartly for 4th behind some useful types over this c & d and she clearly escaped without any penalty. Red-hot jockey Richard Fourie retains the ride on the three-year-old who should go very close in this much weaker field today.

COPPER FORCE has improved with each of his three career starts and he was super-impressive when winning his maiden in fine fashion over this c & d, three weeks ago. He takes on much stronger on his handicap debut with top weight today but the son of Royal Air Force still has heaps of improvement to come and he must be strongly respected on his peak showing.

This is another very intriguing nine-furlong handicap and with just nine entrants going to post, the pacesetter could profit.
ELUSIVE WAVE is most effective with those tactics and she fared poorly when unable to get to the front in the event won comfortably by the impressive three-year-old
EPONA last time out. She still seems well held by the latter despite the 5.5kgs weight reversal but the bay mare could find it much easier to dictate terms today and she can cause a major upset. The Brett Crawford inmate had a host of quality displays at this level prior to that last start.
