Excitement is slowly starting to build up towards the prestigious Euro tournament set to take place across various venues in Europe next year.
World champions, France, have been priced up as the early favourite, and with the final set to be staged at Wembley, England have been named as the second favourites for the tournaments. After disappointing starts to their qualifying campaign, Scotland and Cyprus lock horns this weekend with a step closer to the top of the pile being the main objective. Scotland were hammered 3-0 by Kazakhstan in their opening game before beating San Marino 2-0, while the visitors also beat San Marino, but were humbled by Belgium. The Scots have the playing personnel to ease past the Cypriots, namely with Andrew Robertson, Scott McTominay and Ryan Fraser in their team, but Steve Clarke’s men just haven’t been gelling together as a team.
I’m going for an upset here and backing a draw at 28/10.
