Round 13 will be a sans-Italian round with the Corona Virus, that is spreading throughout the world, causing the two games that were set to be played in Italy to be postponed. It's great to see that the decision-makers have put the safety of rugby fans ahead of monetary value.
Punters and rugby fans will also still be left with a few enticing fixtures including a clash between runaway competition favourite Leinster taking on Scottish outfit, the Glasgow Warriors.
Leinster v Glasgow Warriors
Friday 28 February
RDS Arena
21:45
To Win (80 Mins)
Leinster 1/7
Draw 28/1
Glasgow 47/10
Glasgow will be looking to spring a massive surprise when they take on an undefeated Leinster side on Friday evening.
The visitors have been given a timely boost with a few of their Scottish internationals being released while the 6 Nations is on a week-long break. Whether this will be enough to beat a Leinster side that has been all-conquering this term is up for debate.
Both teams registered wins in Round 12 with Leinster beating the Ospreys 13-21 and Glasgow beating the Dragons 34-19.
Verdict: Leinster 1/7
While the Warriors will give them a run, I still cannot see them stopping this rampant Leinster outfit.

Edinburgh v Cardiff Blues
Friday 28 February
Murrayfield
21:35
To Win (80 Mins)
Edinburgh 1/7
Draw 25/1
Cardiff 47/10
Edinburgh will be looking to make four PRO14 wins on the trot when they take on the Cardiff Blues, who head into this one having lost two of their last four PRO14 games.
The two sides head into this one off the back of impressive wins with Edinburgh beating Connacht 41-14 and Cardiff beating Treviso 34-24.
Edinburgh received a massive boost this past week with a handful of their Scottish internationals being released for club duty.
Verdict: Edinburgh 1/7
Edinburgh have been steadily building some good moment and I reckon they'll have little trouble beating Connacht by a scoreline in excess of 17 points.

Munster v Scarlets
Saturday 29 February
Thomond Park
19:00
To Win (80 Mins)
Munster 2/9
Draw 22/1
Scarlets 32/10
We kick off Saturday's action with a clash between an in-form Munster side and a Scarlets team that a hit and miss Scarlets outfit.
Munster are on a three-game winning streak and head into this one having beaten Zebre 0-28, while the Scarlets have won three of their last five fixtures with one of those victories coming last weekend when they beat the Southern Kings 37-17.
Verdict: Munster 2/9
This is another game that I'm confident the hosts will win by a comfortable margin. My money is on them taking this one by more than 13 points.

Dragons v Free State Cheetahs
Saturday 29 February
Rodney Parade
19:15
To Win (80 Mins)
Dragons 23/20
Draw 18/1
Cheetahs 7/10
The Free State Cheetahs head into their clash with the Dragons as favourites with the 'books, and rightly so considering the hosts are missing a swathe of their Welsh internationals.
In terms of recent form, both teams head into this one off the back of consecutive defeats and have only won two of their last five fixtures. Their most recent outings saw the Dragons go down 34-19 to Glasgow and the Cheetahs suffer a 20-10 loss to Ulster.
Verdict: Cheetahs 7/10
The visitors were rather good last weekend and I expect them to build on that performance and register a vital win on the road.

Kings v Connacht
Sunday 1 March
Nelson Mandela Stadium
15:00
To Win (80 Mins)
Kings 36/10
Draw 25/1
Connacht 1/5
Connacht will have an ideal opportunity to arrest a patchy run of form when they take on a Kings side who head home off the back of a 36-17 defeat to the Scarlets.
Both teams have been in horrific form since the turn of the year with Connacht only winning one of their five fixtures and the Kings losing all five of theirs.
Verdict: Kings 36/10
I won't be wagering a lot of money on this one as both teams are struggling at the moment. Instead, I'll be having a small punt on the Kings for interests sake.
