Wales will look to repeat last year's victory over the Springboks when they host them at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff on Saturday the 2nd of December.
The Welsh will play in front of 64 000 expected fans as both teams look to end their end of year tours on a high.
Date: Saturday, December 2
Venue: Principality Stadium, Cardiff
Kick-Off: 14:30 GMT
Referee: Jérôme Garcès (France)
To Win (80 mins)
Wales 14/10 | Draw 22/1 | South Africa 6/10
Handicap
Wales (+3.5) 9/10 | South Africa (-3.5) 9/10
South Africa
For South Africa, the end of this tour might see the release of Allister Coetzee after a topsy-turvy season, which was marred by a record loss to New Zealand in Albany and a record loss to the Irish in the South Africans Autumn International opener.
Looking ahead to this clash - Warrick Gelant and Dan du Preez will get their first Springbok starts this year, and Lukhanyo Am could come off the bench to earn his first Springbok Cap.
The selection of Handre Pollard means he will start his second Test after his performance against Italy last weekend. Pollard's tactical kicking is far superior to that of Elton Jantjies and it can even be argued that he offers more on attack, with the Lions' 10 content to sit in the pocket putting the rest of the quicks on the back foot. Pollard will also need to have his kicking boots on as we all know how important three-pointers are in the Northern Hemisphere.
Francois Louw, Duane Vermeulen, and Franco Mostert have returned to their respective clubs and will not be available for this Test match. But that sees the return of Siya Kolisi who is back in the team after the birth of his new born with Rachel Kolisi.
Malcolm Marx also returns to the fray after an injury scare, the prolific hooker is well established as one the best at the breakdowns at disrupting rucks and contesting at scrumtime.
Wales
The Welsh suffered a loss to Australia - with a team that didn't appear to be their first string squad, and a week later lost to the All Blacks in a match that I think they only lost by five points. The Welsh fell victim to Waskai Naholo's incredible finishing. Naholo scored two tries at the exact corner in incredible fashion. 33 - 18 the final was the final score - but minus those 10, the hosts would have trailed by five and maybe had a whisker of a chance.
Nonetheless the Welsh have lost Jack Ball due to injury and has named centre Hadleigh Parkes to make his International debut for Wales after earning his residency, and was formally born in New Zealand.
Dan Biggar and Scott Williams should make the most impact in therm of attack as both men harbour strong running, and ball carrying skills.
Verdict: Wales 14/10
This is extremely tough to call, but the exclusion of some of the Bok stalwarts that have returned to their respective clubs in Europe has swayed my decision. Although the Welsh have lost some f their players due to injury - the playing field is evened out and I'm going for Wales winning by a small margin to end their year off on a high.
