With ABSA Cash Send you will receive a SMS with a 10-digit reference number, you will need this along with our Hollywoodbets access code of 123456 to withdraw at an Absa ATM.
ABSA bank cuts off from Monday-Saturday from 8pm to 6am and Sunday at 5pm to 6am. No ABSA Cash Send requests will be processed during this time.

Instant Money - Standard Bank
With Instant Money you will receive a voucher and pin via sms, you can then withdraw from either a Standard Bank ATM or selected Spar, Choppies, Game, Builders, Makro, Rhino Cash & Carry and Cambridge food stores.

Nedbank Send-iMali & MobileMoney
With Nedbank Send-iMali & MobileMoney you will receive a SMS with a pin that you will use along with your cell phone number to withdraw at a Nedbank ATM.
Nedbank cuts off from Monday – Friday from 18:30 to 06:00 and Saturday at 13:30 until Monday morning at 06:00.
Please note that Nedbank reserve the right to reverse any unclaimed vouchers after 48 hours from the time the withdrawal was processed. The funds will be credited back to the Hollywoodbets account within 24 hours of the reversal.

FNB eWallet
With eWallet you will receive a notification from FNB, you should then dial *120*277# to get your PIN to withdraw from a FNB ATM.

*Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal*
You can withdraw between R100 & R3000 per transaction in multiples of R10 (max R3,000 p/day and R25,000 p/month).
*Withdrawal Processing Times*
Please note that Cash Send requests will be completed within 24 hours and SMSes will only be received once processed. Processing times by the different banks as stipulated above.
*FICA*
Please note your withdrawal will not be processed if you have not submitted your FICA documents.
*Charges*
Please note that only one withdrawal is free and a second withdrawal will be charged according to the applicable fees of the banks.
