Champions Day is Africa’s richest raceday and nine feature races are run, headlined by the R4-million Premier's Champions Challenge. The feature-race menu includes three Grade 1 events in the Champions Challenge, the SA Derby, and the Computaform Sprint. The SA Derby is the third and final leg of the SA Triple Crown for three-year-olds. Other feature races include the SA Oaks, the third and final leg of the SA Triple Tiara for three-year-old fillies.
