The German Bundesliga has been exciting to say the least! Last weekend saw Bayern Munich taste defeat for the first time since May 2018! The Bavarians will be eager to get back to winning ways and must do so against Borussia Monchengladbach on Saturday evening. Round seven serves up a few cracking contests, let’s check it out!

Following back-to-back wins, Werder Bremen suffered a 2-1 defeat at Stuttgart. The River Islanders will be hungry to get back to winning ways against Wolfsburg, who are winless in their last four games with three draws.
The Wolves showed plenty of promise last time out, playing to a 2-2 draw at home against Monchengladbach. I’m expecting goals here with the last five meetings seeing both sides find the back of the net. Both Teams to Score – Yes – is tipped at 13/20.

Stuttgart 39/20
Hannover remain the only team yet to taste victory in the league this season and as a result, find themselves rooted to the bottom of the table. They have suffered four losses on the trot and will be desperate to turn that form around on Saturday.
Their opponents, Stuttgart, earned their first win of the season with a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Werder Bremen. A tight contest is on the cards with the Totals – Under 2.5 goals – market tipped at 17/20.
Dusseldorf 26/10

Schalke 1/1
Newly-promoted Dusseldorf have been poor of late with back-to-back defeats, scoring five goals and conceding just once.
Schalke have lost five of their six matches, scoring just three times and conceding nine goals but would have been thrilled to get off the mark last weekend with a 1-0 home win over Mainz. The two sides should both go for maximum points here. A high-scoring affair is likely and the Over 2.5 goals market looks ripe for the picking at 17/20.
Borussia Dortmund 9/20

Augsburg 11/2
The Black and Yellow army remain the only unbeaten team this season with four wins and two draws from six matches. Augsburg were impressive last time out with a 4-1 home win over Freiburg and will be hoping to grind out a positive result here.
The last five meetings between these teams have seen both sides find the back of the net. With that being said, back Dortmund on the Matchbet and Both Teams to Score market – Dortmund and Yes at 16/10.
Mainz 16/10

Hertha Berlin 7/4
Mainz are winless in their last three matches, including two losses and one draw, while failing to score any goals in the process. Hertha Berlin have been on fire with four wins from six matches and that form looks set to continue.
The Old Lady are fresh off a 2-0 victory over defending champions Bayern Munich and will be confident in taking maximum points here.
Take Hertha Berlin to edge the win.

Borussia Monchengladbach 11/1
Saturday final matchup will see Bayern Munich welcome Borussia Monchengladbach to the Allianz Arena. The Hosts have won four of their six games but would have been disappointed with their first loss of the season last weekend, going down 2-0 to Hertha Berlin.
Monchengladbach have lacked consistency and are yet to win on the road this season. I’m predicting an explosive start to the clash with the first half totals – Over 1.5 goals – tipped at 8/10.

Bayer Leverkusen 23/20
A 4-1 hammering at the hands of Augsburg put an end to a run of two wins on the bounce for Freiburg. They will take on Bayer Leverkusen, who have lost four of their six league games but showed some decent form prior to Borussia Dortmund smashing them 4-2 on their own turf.
Die Werkself looked a little better than Freiburg despite suffered a defeat last time out and I’m expecting them to have a slight edge. Both sides will be hoping to get back to winning ways, so get on the Both Teams to Score – Yes – market at 6/10.
Hoffenheim 7/10

Eintracht Frankfurt 33/10
Hoffenheim have been nothing like the team we watching last season, as they struggle to find their feet. However, Eintracht Frankfurt have been none the better with two wins from six matches and share the exact same goal-difference as their opponents.
A cagey and tight contest is likely and while home advantage could prove to be a key factor, the Eagles are off the back of a 4-1 home win against Hannover. The sides are tipped to cancel each other out.
Leipzig 9/20

Nuremburg 11/2
Following their opening round defeat, Leipzig have pulled up their socks to maintain an unbeaten record, including back-to-back wins. Nuremburg bounced back to winning ways with a 3-0 victory over Dusseldorf last weekend after Dortmund annihilated them 7-0. Talk about the perfect response.
However, they are without a win on the road, scoring just once and conceding nine times. The Red Bulls are showing consistency and determination week-in and week-out. Back them to capitalize on home advantage.
