We head from Bahrain over to Italy for the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix. The first race of the season was an absolute cracker with heaps of wheel-to-wheel action. Here's hoping the second race of the season produces some more incredible duels.

Previous Race
The first race of the season promised so much but delivered so little in terms of a change up to the status quo. Red Bull and Max Verstappen couldn't take advantage of qualifying on pole with Lewis Hamilton usurping the Dutch youngster to claim the top spot on. Verstappen had to settle for third place, with the Red Bull main man followed across the line by Hamilton's teammate, Valterri Bottas.
McLaren and Lando Norris enjoyed a decent time of it on the opening weekend with the young Canadian bringing his car home in fourth in front of the Red Bull of Sergio, who claimed fifth and Charles LeClerc, who rounded out the top 6.
There were some familiar names making up the remainder of the top 10 with Daniel Ricciardo bringing his McLaren home in seventh, while Carlos Sainz ensured his Ferrari debut would end in points as he claimed eighth. There was a bit of a shock in ninth place with rookie driver Yuki Tsunoda pipping Lance Stroll to the position.
Track
Situated in Imola, Italy the Circuit Enzo e Dino Ferrari is a venue steeped in history. The track hosted its first race back in 1980 and ran all the way to 2006 before being dumped from the calendar.
The track was one of the most dangerous on the F1 circuit for many years and sadly claimed the life of Aryton Senna back in 1994. A lot of work has gone into taming this snarling beast over the years, however, but it's still a real challenge and can wreak a bit of havoc as was evident last year with Max Verstappen forced to retire after spinning off the track and George Russel involved in a crash.
Speaking of last year's race at the venue, we had a rather familiar podium as Lewis Hamilton claimed first while Valterri Bottas took second. The one surprise was third place which went to Daniil Kvyat.
In terms of the weather for this weekend, we've got sunny skies being forecast but the temperatures will be in the low to mid-teens, which means it may well take some time for the drivers to get their tyres warm.
Verdict: Lewis Hamilton: 5/4
I thought I was in the money last time out after the Brit had been out-qualified by Max Verstappen but he yet again proved why he has been the dominant force in F1 as a well-worked pit stop would see him take the lead from Verstappen. And while the duo would duke it out to the final lap of the race, Hamilton would ultimately win the battle
Hamilton had a decent time of it at this track last season as he claimed race honours and the fastest lap accolade while qualifying in P2. While I think Verstappen will give the reigning world champ a run for his money again, I'm still leaning towards the 'Brit making it two wins from two starts.
