Australia and Argentina will clash at the Suncorp Stadium on Saturday the 27th of July. Darry Worthington previews the Rugby Championship fixture below.
The Wallabies will be looking for revenge when they take on the Pumas this coming Saturday. The Argentines managed to beat their opponents in Australia last year running out 19-23 at the Robina Stadium.
Can they repeat the dose this year or will Australia vanquish the ghosts of 2018 with a win in Queensland?

Australia
The post-Folau era got off to a rather shoddy start for the Australians as they went down 35-17 to the Springboks at Emirates Airline Park.
While the Wallabies were well and truly outclassed by their counterparts, one can't help but feel that their management and on-field leadership made this a near on impossible task with captain Michael Hooper's decision making atrocious on the day and coach Michael Cheika's reluctance to start Kurtley Beale looking idiotic considering how big an impact the Waratahs man made when he came on the field.
We can expect to see Beale thrown into the starting XV this coming weekend but whether that will be at inside centre, fullback or at fly-half remains to be seen.
Argentina
Like Australia, the Argentine's lost their opening Rugby Championship game going down 16-20 to the All Blacks. Unlike Australia, however, one cannot fault the Pumas team selection or efforts as every one of their players put in brilliant shifts against the reigning World Champions.
The Argentine's were extremely unlucky to lose this one as Brodie Rettalick's game-changing try, right on half-time, was a rather fortuitous one with the Waikato Chiefs lock claiming an intercept just inside the Argentina half and then galloping forty metres to dot down. Had the big man not scored here then the Argentine's would have probably taken the spoils.
Head coach Mario Ledesma will be pleased with his sides showing, particularly their second-half efforts which saw them keep the All Blacks scoreless while adding six-points to their tally.
There was bad news for Los Pumas following their narrow defeat to New Zealand with skipper Augustin Creevy sustaining a shoulder injury that has ruled him out of the clash with the Australians.
Verdict: Argentina (+7.5) 9/10 *Forecast Handicap
I would have been on the Argentine straight win had they not lost inspirational skipper Augustin Creevy. I can still see the Pumas giving their hosts a real run here and staying within a rather friendly handicap.
