Saracens will be looking to bounce back from their disappointing defeat to Exeter when they take on the Harlequins in Sunday's headline Aviva Premiership fixture.
Seemingly destined for another mediocre Aviva Premiership finish this season, Harlequins will look to turn the tide when Saracens visit The Stoop on Sunday. The away side meanwhile are reeling after relinquishing top spot to Exeter in their 20-18 home defeat in Round-9, and simply cannot afford another slip-up if they are to keep up the pressure for a home semi-final berth.

To Win (80 Mins)
Harlequins 28/10 | Draw 21/1 | Saracens 3/10
Harlequins
Despite winning the title as recently as 2011-12, the 'Quins have simply been unable to put any consistency into their game in the last five-years. Mid-table finishes in each of their last three-seasons has meant that the once mighty Londoners have fallen by the wayside; failing to come up with any substance when it is really required of them.
Four-wins from nine this season means James Horwill's side are again battling it out with England's 'also-rans', something that will not delight chairman David Morgan in the slightest. A win against the European-champion Saracens this weekend, however, may just lift them from their latest slump - which includes two-losses from their last two-matches - with a very manageable next few weeks of rugby. The 'Quins will look to kickstart a purple patch of sorts; starting this Sunday with 'Sarries.
Saracens
Despite once attaining a commanding lead in last week's Exeter Chiefs-encounter, Mark McCall's men let the defending champions back into the game, and were eventually embarrassingly pipped on their home turf. Despite losing numerous players to the Autumn international series, 'Sarries can have no excuses about their loss - they have far too much quality to even think about beginning to whinge. With the seasoned veterans they have at their disposal players, they should have seen out the victory.
Alas, they now come into this week's London-derby knowing full well that another loss may see the likes of Bath, Leicester and Gloucester overtake them in the standings. Indeed, Saracens seriously cannot afford to take this game for granted; their season may depend on it.
While it remains to be seen just how many of their internationals will return to the fray ahead of Sunday's fixture, 'Sarries should still have far too much firepower for a lacklustre Harlequins outfit to contain... even at The Stoop.
Verdict: Saracens 3/10
It's never easy betting against Saracens; especially this weekend. Theirs is arguably the greatest rugby club in the world, and should have the attitude and experience to bounce back from last week's disappointment to claim a much-needed win.
