Dortmund and Bayern Munich are neck and neck at the summit after the former dropped more points last weekend. BVB’s goal-difference is superior by just two points which makes for an interesting remaining 10 rounds of Bundesliga action. Let’s get to this weekend’s fixtures.

Werder Bremen are unbeaten in their last seven matches, including a hard-earned 1-1 draw at Wolfsburg last time out. Schalke are without a win in their last six matches with four defeats, including two on the bounce.
The Royal Blues are starting to slip towards the danger zone and should be motivated to stay out of the bottom three.
The Both Teams to Score – Yes – market looks a good bet at 7/10.

Hertha Berlin 17/10
Freiburg were ousted 2-0 at Bayer Leverkusen last time out but prior to that, they had smashed Augsburg 5-1 on home soil. Hertha Berlin have lacked consistency but they have shown impressive fighting spirit in recent weeks.
The last five meetings at Schwarzwald-Stadion have seen both sides find the back of the net.
With that being said, I’m backing Both Teams to Score – Yes – at 15/20.
Bayern Munich 1/4

Wolfsburg 19/2
Bayern Munich looked dead and buried halfway through the season but it goes to show that you can never write the Bavarians out. The defending champions have won four matches on the spin and look as though they still have more to offer.
Wolfsburg are undefeated in their last five games and have the second-best away record in the league after Bayern Munich. Both sides are looking good at the moment which leads me to believe we can expect a goal fest.
The Totals – Over 2.5 Goals – market is tipped at 4/10.
Dortmund 3/10

Stuttgart 15/2
Dortmund have stumbled in recent weeks with just one win from their last five matches. However, they remain unbeaten at home with 10 wins from 12 games. Stuttgart have been dreadful on their travels with just one win from 12 matches.
The corresponding fixture ended 4-0 in favour of the Yellow and Black army and another drubbing looks likely.
Back BVB on the (-1) Handicap at 8/10.
Leipzig 7/20

Augsburg 13/2
Leipzig are unbeaten in their last six matches, including four victories. Augsburg are coming off a brilliant but hard-fought 2-1 home win over Dortmund but have lost their last three travels, scoring once and conceding 11 times.
This hasn’t been a high-scoring affair in recent meetings and I’m not expecting this one to be any different.

Monchengladbach 12/10
Mainz have been dismal in recent weeks with four losses from their last five matches. However, Monchengladbach haven’t been any better without a win in their last four matches, including three defeats, scoring twice and conceding 12 goals.
Both sides are in desperate need of a win so an attacking game of football looks very much likely.
