The Kings will be looking to avenge their hammering at the hands of the Scarlets when the two sides lock horns for the second time this Pro 14 season at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.
Europe's newest whipping boys, the Kings, face a daunting task this weekend with the Pro 14 Conference B leading Scarlets coming to town. The last time these two sides met it was absolute carnage with the Welsh outfit hammering the Kings 57-10 at Parc Y Scarlets.
While that defeat will still way heavy on the Kings' minds, there may actually be a bit of light at the end of the tunnel for the South African franchise as the Scarlets are missing a handful of first stringers due to national commitments.

Handicaps
Kings (+7.5) 9/10 | Scarlets (-7.5) 9/10

Kings
It's been a tough old debut season out in Europe for the Kings who currently sit at the foot of Conference B with only two points to their name.
The South African franchise are yet to win a game this term but they did manage to run the Ulster close in their last fixture going down by just seven points at the Wolfson Stadium. Prior to that affair, the Kings had been swept away by all comers losing their other seven games by 16 points or more.
The Kings may just sense blood in the water here as their opponents will field a much more inexperienced side to the one that ran out huge victors earlier this season. If the hosts can turn this into a touch rugby-esque game, then they may just be able to upset the old apple cart.
Scarlets
The Welsh outfit are enjoying a fantastic season and sit six points clear of second place Ulster on the Pro 14 Conference B standings. The men from Llanelli have only tasted defeat once this term, with their loss coming at the hands of an in-form Ulster.
As alluded to earlier, coach Wayne Pivac will field a much-changed squad for this one with veterans such as Leigh Halfpenny, Samson Lee, and Steff Evans, all on international duty. As such, a few youngsters are likely to be handed starts in key positions.
This is hardly an ideal situation as the Kings are notorious for playing a loose open game on their home patch, which is something these young guns won't be used to having only been exposed to much slower European fields and opposition.
Verdict: Kings (+7.5) 9/10 *Please note that this is a forecast handicap
I quite fancy the Kings to spring a surprise this weekend. The outright market is a bit too big a risk for my liking, so I will be waiting for the handicaps. If you're offered a plus on the Kings in excess of seven points, I recommend taking it.
